Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
Check in is at 2pm unless otherwise pre-arranged. Check out is at 10am however if you would like to stay longer it is an additional $10- per hour and is subject to availability.
Guests will need to check in and out at reception, which is located up the orange stairs at the front of Harbourview.
We can store luggage complimentary for our guests, should you require this.
Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?
Yes, either a valid credit card or a $400 cash bondQ: Is after hours check-in available?
Yes, there is a phone located at reception for after hours check in. Please dial 9 on the phone for assistance.
Q: Can I have a late check-out?
Yes, however this does depend on availability and there are additional chargesQ: When do I have to pay a deposit?
Once the booking has been made a deposit is required and for all one night stays full payment is required upon bookingQ: What are the reception hours?
Weekdays: 9:30am to 5pm
Saturday: 9:30am to 3pm
Sunday: 10am to 12pm
Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?
Yes, wireless NBN Broadband is available on the entire property. On arrival you will receive a complimentary access pass and once this expires you can purchase more for a small fee
Q: Is there car parking available?
Yes, each apartment has its own garage
We also have off street parking that will fit larger vehicles & trailers these however they are on a first in first serve basis
Q: How often are the rooms serviced?
Every 7 days they are serviced, you can request to have more, however there is a small fee applicableQ: Is the pool heated?

Q: Do you have a tour desk?
Yes, our tour desk can organise for transfer to and from the airport, Maroochydore and Brisbane along with tickets and information for local tours & attractions

General information about our location.
Q: Are there any beaches near your property?
Mooloolaba Beach is a lovely 5 minute walk and is a patrolled beach. Alexandra Headland Beach is just a 15 minute walk away and is also a patrolled beach. We are 15 minute walk from the BLUFF at Alexandra Headlands which is great for surfers!
Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?
Yes within a 5 minute walk is Coles (Grocery Store) and they do deliver. A BWS (Liquor Store). A chemist, a bakery and a newsagent.
There are a selection of restaurants and cafes within a 5 minute walk for breakfast, lunch or dinner and there are ice cream shops for the kids or the big kids at heart.
